FALL SEASON
Baseball Instructional, Softball T-Ball, Softball Jr. Minors
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your registration prior to the first day of the program. If you cancel after the first day of practice you will receive an account credit to be used for Spring or Summer. 

All other divisions in Baseball and Softball
No refunds with the exception of GVLL travel team conflicts. If your player is selected for a GVLL travel team and playing times conflict, you will receive a full refund.

SPRING SEASON
Baseball & Softball: T-Ball, Jr. Minors, and Minors
You will receive a FULL refund if you cancel your registration prior to Jan 31. No refunds or credits will be issued after Jan 31. 

All other Baseball & Softball divisions
No refunds or credits after December 31.

SUMMER BALL
No refunds or credits in any division.
