Areas of Responsibility:
  • Expense Monitoring: Track and control spending to ensure it aligns with the budget.
  • Income Tracking: Record all revenue, including player registration fees, sponsorships, fundraising income, and concession sales.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Banking: Manage the league's bank accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements with league financial records.
  • Financial Reports: Prepare and present monthly financial statements at board meetings.
  • Tax Filing: Ensure timely submission of tax forms (if applicable) and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Sponsorships: Manage income and track sponsor contributions, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Insurance Payments: Ensure timely payment of insurance premiums for the league.
