Are you highly skilled with and fluent in technology? Are you good with spreadsheets? Do you have great customer service acumen? Are you able to monitor an email in-box on a daily basis? Then you would be great at registration!
This is a year-round commitment.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Open registration online
- Communicate website updates needed per changes in registration info. (or make the updates)
- Run reports weekly or as requested
- Prep registration lists as requested
- Monitor the contact email daily
- Triage incoming emails and forward to the responsible party
- Update registration history document
