Registration & Contact Email

Are you highly skilled with and fluent in technology? Are you good with spreadsheets?  Do you have great customer service acumen?  Are you able to monitor an email in-box on a daily basis? Then you would be great at registration!

This is a year-round commitment.

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Open registration online
  • Communicate website updates needed per changes in registration info. (or make the updates)
  • Run reports weekly or as requested 
  • Prep registration lists as requested
  • Monitor the contact email daily
  • Triage incoming emails and forward to the responsible party
  • Update registration history document
