In Person Registration for Spring 2013 Season

GVLL is happy to support in person registration for those unable to register online

1. Saturday, January 5, 2013: 12 – 2pm Hudson Guild Fulton Community Center, 119 9th Avenue, (between 17th & 18th)  map
2. Sunday, January 6, 2013: 10am – 2pm Tony Dapolito Recreation Center, 1 Clarkson St (corner of 7th Ave), map
3. Wednesday, January 9, 2013: 7pm – 9pm Tony Dapolito Recreation Center, 1 Clarkson St (corner of 7th Ave), map

If this the first time that your child is being registered with GVLL, you will need to bring the following documentation:

• Proof of child’s age (passport, birth certificate)
• Proof of residence (cable bill, insurance bill, utility bill, etc) that confirms that you reside within the GVLL boundary boundary map
• Payment (credit card preferred, or check)
