Family Softball at Pier 40 this Summer

Hey everyone,

I hope that you are kicking off the summer in grand fashion.  As you make your plans for the summer, keep this in mind. For the past several years, P3 has taken a permit for the Pier 40 west courtyard field on summer Sunday mornings and made the space available for parents and children to play softball together.  I am happy to say that we are continuing this great program. Many thanks to Tobi and the guys at P3 for making this a possibility.

Summer softball begins this Sunday, July 1, 2012 and will be held every Sunday to follow from 9 am – 12 noon for at least the month of July and possibly August depending on turnout and interest.  There is no fee to play but we ask that you enroll your family for the program by going to this link:

As for the games, just bring your bat and glove and show up to the field at 9 am and be prepared to have fun.  Kids of all ages including moms and dads are welcome.  The only requirement that we have is that you have to bring your child if you want to play.  What a great way to spend Sunday mornings!
